"I was once that person in the corporate world, finance to be specific. For 19 years I walked that path! In my 20’s and early 30’s I loved the hustle, and the bonuses that came alongside the ever-stretching targets. When money changed at pre credit crunch time, I was done, and I felt like part of my soul was slowly dying. I knew I was made for something more… I had this burning desire to help and support others in a more deep and meaningful way. This was when I chose to train in Nutrition back in 2010. My journey from party to wellness began and once I opened pandora’s box there was no going back. I immersed myself in all thing’s wellness, including Yoga, Fitness conventions, Reiki, Nutrition, Cacao Ceremonies, Retreats and anything else that could fill up my soul."

Lisa lives here in Ibiza and offers clients 1:1 coaching, group coaching programs, Reiki and retreats.
